What we collect
When you send a reservation enquiry we process your name, email address, stay dates, occupancy and any notes you add. We use this information only to reply with availability and prices for a hotel stay, dining or spa.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (steps before a contract) and, where you tick the form consent box, Article 6(1)(a). We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles or change the website by traffic source or audience.
Advertising cookies
This site does not currently set Google Ads, Analytics, remarketing or conversion cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for consent before any non-essential cookie is stored.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your stay, then delete them unless the law requires a longer period. You may ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction by emailing reservations@imperialcasinohotels.com. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
